As I mentioned in this previous post, Easter is my favorite holiday! However, this year it will look a little different since the hubby is deployed. Our daughters are teens now and understand the true meaning of Easter, but still enjoy all of the extra Easter festivities that have become traditions in America, including decorating eggs and hunting for their Easter baskets.
I wanted to offer a special art design for you to download to celebrate the season of Christ’s sacrifice and let you know that I have a couple of new inexpensive downloads available at my etsy store.
First, what’s in the store!
These designs are great for displaying all year, not just at Easter time. When I think of Christ’s sacrifice, I am reminded of all He is to me; He is the Good Shepherd, He is the Prince of Peace, He is my Savior, and the list goes on and on. I wanted to reflect His names into one design, even though He is so much more than the names listed within it. After I completed that graphic, I started thinking of the various names for God and even the Holy Spirit. This inspired me to create a trio of designs to combine in a single offering in my store. There are trio downloads available, one offers each of the three designs featuring an accent color and the other offers each of the three designs in black and white only. I envision these designs in 8x8 frames hanging in a row either horizontally or vertically.

If you’ve been around my blog or store, you’ve noticed that I enjoy lettering cities in the shape of the state they are located. This free download is a combination of that idea and the symbol of Christ’s sacrifice, the cross.
